It is sooooo important that when you choose a personal trainer, you choose them for your goal in particular. We, as personal trainers, all have our own different vibe. We all choose to 'specialise' in our own form of training. Are you competing in a serious fitness comp? Maybe not me as your PT. Looking to maintain and improve your fitness, basic strength and be guided with quirkiness on the side? Probably me then!
My main goal for every client is to...
1. To enjoy living a healthy lifestyle with balance (this is living bazza)!
2. To have at least 1 giggle in every session. (if you don't enjoy what we do, how would that ever motivate you? Let's find what you enjoy!)
3. To hit your goals (now we know what you enjoy, lets challenge you and make some measurable goals! Want to run longer? Want to be more flexible? You tell me!)
4. OPTION to work WITH your physio to keep you on top of your exercise program
5. Make healthy habits and healthy mindset (no guilt? whaaaat)
I am your trainer, your guide, the person you need to vent to. I got chu! I am all sorts of serious about my fitness and health. But I'm not taking life too seriously. I am not TOO restrictive on my diet, I'll be real. But its the healthy mindset that helps bring me back, to my goals and to do what I enjoy!
